The crown represents the crown chakra (Sahasrara), which symbolizes the connection to the highest self. The Crown leads us to spiritual enlightenment, universal energy and the collective superconscious.

I accompany people on a journey of discovery to themselves. For me, coaching is the best way to a successful life.

My individual support respects and values you as a human being - as a creative, competent being. I follow a holistic approach in my work. The separation of outside and inside - of body, mind and soul - that we have pursued in our society for some time is outdated. If we only deal with our issues externally or only deal with the internal aspects, then this only leads to short-term relief.

Since I was little, I have been fascinated by fairy tales and heroines' journeys. I believe that these ancient collected stories hold an ancient collective wisdom that can help us on our own journey of self-discovery.

I have a doctorate in education and research in this area. I am a trained coach (Master at the FHNW). I continue my education regularly and stay up to date with the latest research thanks to my connection to science.

I am a member of the professional association for coaching, supervision and organizational consulting. This means that I am subject to the quality assurance and code of ethics of the bso. The bso ombudsman office can be called in to mediate complaints from customers.
